Design and development of a strategic landing page for the grand opening of a new regional headquarters for a leading industrial machinery group. Executed on behalf of a marketing agency, the project transformed an opening event into a powerful tool for lead generation and brand positioning. The narrative was built around a "constant evolution" concept, turning the facility's final renovation phase into a symbol of ongoing investment and regional growth.

The Goal:

In synergy with the agency, the objective was to create a digital hub capable of managing event RSVPs while simultaneously qualifying leads for the subsequent sales pipeline. The landing page had to communicate a comprehensive experience: from institutional ceremonies with local authorities to technical sessions for industry professionals, elevating the brand’s perception from a simple supplier to a strategic reference partner.

The Challenge:

The main challenge was managing the communication for a facility still in its final finishing stages. We turned this constraint into a narrative asset by using a design system that emphasized "work-in-progress" as a sign of vitality and future vision. It was essential to balance three distinct aspects of the event: institutional authority, technical consultancy content, and social networking, ensuring a clear visual hierarchy between the day's schedule and exclusive commercial opportunities.

The Result

The project resulted in a digital ecosystem that optimized the collection of profiled leads, focusing on booking private consultations for the week following the event. The integration of video teaser content and promotional cards maintained high pre-launch engagement. The structure successfully solidified the brand's regional authority, transforming an inaugural celebration into a concrete generator of measurable appointments and business opportunities.
