Revitalizing a Tech Expo Website - Frontend Redevelopment

This case study underscores my ability to transform a project through my front-end expertise and dedication, even as a volunteer. My role in rejuvenating the tech expo website demonstrates my capacity to deliver impactful results and my commitment to contributing to the success of meaningful initiatives.

The project centered around the creation of a website for a forthcoming tech expo. Initially, the website was designed to showcase speakers, the event venue, enable ticket purchases, and offer a contact form. However, the original development fell short of expectations. My mission was to rejuvenate the project's front end, restoring its credibility and functionality in preparation for the tech expo.

I played a pivotal role in this front-end redevelopment. Tasked with reviving the project, my proficiency in front-end development allowed me to meticulously follow the product designer's guidance, breathing new life into the website. I undertook this challenge as the sole developer.

In my redevelopment efforts, I employed HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance the website's front end. Leveraging Boxicons, I integrated icons seamlessly into the project. Furthermore, Swiper JS was harnessed to create dynamic and engaging sliders.

My commitment to following the product designer's blueprint resulted in a polished and aesthetically pleasing design. My frontend expertise ensured that the website's look and feel accurately matched the intended design, contributing to an appealing user interface (UI) and a smooth user experience (UX).

Employing media queries, I ensured the responsiveness of the website at various screen breakpoints. This approach enabled consistent accessibility and usability across diverse devices.
