Large Scale Fintech Platform Design and Development

This was not just about creating a clean interface. It was about breaking down complex financial processes and shaping them into experiences that people could actually trust and use with confidence.

Some of the key areas I worked on include • Creating prototypes for critical features such as direct debit mandates, income verification, KYC and several other financial tools • Designing end to end user flows that transformed heavy backend operations into clear and effortless customer journeys • Gathering requirements directly from the client, translating them into visual prototypes, securing approvals and ensuring smooth delivery into development • Testing completed features after development to confirm they met the design vision

I took on both design and business analysis, mapping how the company worked for customers and in the backend. This ensured my designs were practical, accurate and easy to implement while keeping client and developers aligned. The result was a fintech platform that feels simple for users yet is powered by thoughtful design and structured collaboration.
