As a Visionary leader, I was able to create a compelling vision and communicate it with fellow colleagues which made work more meaningful and helped achieving tasks more efficiently. I was able to ensure that our vision became reality by stating clear goals, outlining a strategic plan for achieving those goals, equipping and empowering each member to take action on the plan at the organizational, team, and individual levels.
