Massmart's project is primarily focused on solving the problem faced by the associates of a store who handle repair requests from customers. My contribution to this project involved understanding the retail market and the different conditions of products that could be brought in for repair and how the digital solution help save their time and save all the relevant data of a repair case.
I regularly collaborated with the solution lead and business analyst to discuss various scenarios and complexities in building this product. Finally, I designed the UI to align with the client's requirements and vision, while maintaining the existing style and branding.
