The project's goals and objectives were well-defined:

Redesigning the service seeker application to enhance its visual appeal and usability.

Improve user engagement and retention.

First I started by identifying the key user groups, and what their needs were.

Based on user groups, their needs and a competitor analysis - I ideated and came up with some solutions.

After understanding what needs to be done - I improved on the workflow - this one is focused on "Booking a service" for first time users.

Whereas for repeat users - their preferences and needs are saved, and it is super easy for them to book a service.
