OVERVIEW The Shopify "Shop" app is a marketplace that allows customers to discover unique products from some of the world's best-emerging brands. I was asked to lead a team focused on improving app retention and engagement rates for first and returning users.

KEY GOAL Design an onboarding experience to increase conversion rates for new and existing users.

ROLE As the product design lead, I set the vision and ensured priorities, team, resources, and art direction.
