Highly detailed 2D floor plan

This floor plan not only informs potential guests but also conveys the inviting, luxurious atmosphere of the property, helping to increase booking confidence.

For this project, I created a detailed, photorealistic 2D floor plan for a large vacation rental property located in Tanunda, Australia. The aim was to provide a clear, visually appealing layout that highlights the unique features and amenities of the house to enhance marketing and guest experience.

Accurately recreated the floor plan layout based on provided references.

Added furniture and interior elements to reflect the actual design and scale of each room.

Integrated informative callouts with descriptive labels for each space, from the Master Suite to the Alfresco area.

Enhanced the visual communication with circular photo highlights showing key features such as the BBQ grill, pool table, EV charger, and sofa bed.

Used a clean and elegant font combination to convey the property’s upscale feel.

Delivered a high-resolution image suitable for digital platforms, listings, and guest welcome materials.
