Custom Welcome Book for Luxury Property

Scope of Work: For this project, I designed a custom welcome booklet for Casa Agua y Fuego, an elegant Spanish colonial-style vacation rental. The goal was to create a beautifully branded, easy-to-navigate guest guide that reflects the home’s unique architectural charm while offering practical information in a visually engaging way.

This welcome book elevates the guest experience by combining hospitality and style into a seamless, branded communication piece.

Designed a full multi-page booklet layout with a refined balance of typography, photography, and space.

Chose a color palette and typefaces inspired by the warm tones and rich textures of the property’s interior and architecture.

Organized essential guest information into intuitive sections: check-in, amenities, house rules, Wi-Fi details, and property background.

Used high-quality photography and elegant layout composition to create a luxurious yet inviting tone.

Included subtle design elements (like linework and overlays) to enhance the Spanish colonial aesthetic.

Delivered the file in a print-ready and screen-optimized format (ideal for both physical booklets and PDF distribution via Airbnb or email).
