Connecting Gen Z and skincare the right way: The Tinero Project

I had the opportunity to be Tinero's Brand Ambassador and Content Strategist for social media, working on their digital presence along with my partners at Desprecopii Media Group.
Tinero is a Romanian skincare brand belonging to Antibiotice Iași.
The Tinero project is very dear to my heart, touching topics that have always been important to me: feeling good by being your authentic self, taking good care of yourself, and building confidence through it.
My goal was to make Tinero stand out from other brands that would only post product shots and information about the brand. Spare me the boring stuff, I can find that on Google. Why would consumers want photos of a cardboard box popping up on their feed every other day? With this in mind, I made sure Tinero's image was fresh, understanding its young audience and its need for less formal communication - but most importantly, understanding that consumers want value out of brand posts.
You can only talk about your product for so long - start bringing the consumer and his needs into the conversation.
I wanted to build a strong brand which would bring value to its consumers and followers and understand their needs.
Here's some examples of static posts that I designed for Tinero:
We managed to bring the TikTok page to over 20K followers from 0, with many viral videos, and in the last months we started managing their Instagram too, which we grew to 2K followers and were able to maintain at a high engagement rate.
