In a pivotal project for a B2B client with annual revenues exceeding $100 million, I led the development of a custom inventory analytics platform, integrating disparate reporting systems into a single, coherent framework. This platform was engineered to empower the client with superior inventory management capabilities and data-driven decision-making insights.
Approach: Recognizing the complexity of merging various data sources and the sophistication required in the analytics, I orchestrated a targeted approach.
