Took over a struggling fashion e-commerce brands paid ads in July 2023 on Google and Meta. Identified missing elements in their strategy and revamped the entire funnel. Achieved a 24x ROAS in the first month, compared to their 2.5x prior, while scaling ad spend significantly. Stabilized at a 6x ROAS for the next 3 months.
