When Dubai’s nightlife meets innovation, WhereNow was born — a lifestyle discovery platform built to connect people with the best clubs, restaurants, experiences, and exclusive offers across the city. From concept to code, Surge Design built the entire digital ecosystem — including the brand identity, the website, CMS infrastructure, booking integrations, and marketing automation — turning a simple idea into a fully functional city-wide platform.

WhereNow now serves 16,000+ users within the first month, dynamically updating daily events and venues in real time.

Dubai’s entertainment scene is massive — hundreds of venues, thousands of events, and new offers appearing every week. The challenge was clear: How to build a single platform that keeps everything live, connected, and synced — from club events and restaurant offers, to map navigation and WhatsApp bookings — all within a sleek, fast user experience.

We designed and developed WhereNow.co as a multi-layered CMS ecosystem inside Framer, powered by automation and cross-linked data.

Every part of the system works together dynamically:

1️⃣ Unified CMS Architecture

Venues CMS: Stores every club, restaurant, and experience with structured data — including location, contact, music style, atmosphere, and visuals.

Events CMS: Auto-linked with each venue through a relational field system. → When a venue updates or adds an event, it automatically appears on the correct pages — no manual work.

Offers CMS: Separate structure for Ladies Nights, Brunches, and Special Deals, each synced by venue and weekday.

Each venue and event is interconnected:

Every event page dynamically displays its venue’s information, gallery, and Google Map.

Every venue page auto-updates with its upcoming events and current offers.

Cross-linking ensures that a single update in CMS reflects across 400+ pages instantly.

3️⃣ Live Map & WhatsApp Integration

Google Maps API integration for real-time locations, directions, and venue pins.

WhatsApp booking buttons auto-generate personalized messages for each venue:
