When Jack, Guac AI’s co-founder and CTO, reached out, his mission was clear: build a clean, modern, and purpose-driven site that captured the momentum of their AI-powered grocery optimization startup. Guac was just getting started, but the potential was massive. Their story of fighting food waste through advanced forecasting was both technical and deeply human. They needed a site that told that story clearly, confidently, and in a way that could inspire investors, grocers, and future team members.

The Goal From the start, the goal was clear: create a Webflow site that felt smart, trustworthy, and forward-looking, while staying approachable and human. It needed to explain their mission, attract investors and funding as a startup, and reflect their values of transparency, innovation, and environmental care.

We worked with Jack to focus on what mattered most: making the tech tangible and the mission compelling.

The final site includes: • A dynamic Home page with an animated hero section that immediately pulls you in • Five tailored product & solution pages that break down Guac’s tech, value, and use cases • An “About Us” page that brings the founders’ story to life • A clean, conversion-ready Contact page • A CMS-powered Blog to share insights, research, and company updates • Fully responsive layout built in Webflow for seamless UX across devices

This was a 3-week sprint from Figma to Webflow. The process followed three clear phases:

Design Direction – wireframes, brand tone, color, and layout systems

UI Refinement – interaction design, animations, and scalability checks

Build & QA – full Webflow development with CMS, SEO setup, and mobile polish
