Rasa Lokal Online Dessert Food Delivery

After the pandemic ended, people started to adapt to the habit of buying food online. Like culinary business people, those who have loyal customers are starting to pay attention to these new habits. One of them is Agrinesia, a cake & pastry company that people love as a dessert food in Indonesia.

Agrinesia has store partners spread throughout Indonesia. Uniquely, Agrinesia offers similar product variants, but each city has a different brand name. That way, what differentiates this online delivery from other competitors is that buyers can only buy Agrinesia products that are available according to the location point on their mobile device.

In the early stages, the designer and the client discuss together to gather requirements such as flow, content, and other use cases on each page which will later become a Product Requirement Document as a reference for designing and developing this app.

2. Competitor Analysis

Then I started doing competitor analysis on similar food delivery applications that exist and are commonly used by many people. I will try to explore some of the inspirational features and interactions to find consistent interactions and flows to make it easier for users to use them.

3. Wireframing

With a short time in designing a mobile app, I immediately made hi-fi wireframes and got feedback as soon as possible. I also try to clarify how the shopping process works and the special case when the user wants to buy a product outside of store opening hours. Brainstorming between teams in this project is fundamental to avoid misconceptions before entering the app development stage.
