I work with For CRE Brokers on an ongoing retainer, providing both strategic oversight and hands-on execution inside Kajabi. My scope includes building and refining sales pages, checkout pages, and purchase funnels, as well as implementing contract workflows through JotSign to keep purchasing and onboarding simple and compliant.
In addition to offer and funnel execution, I designed and built a lead magnet PDF and the full lead capture funnel supporting it. This included structuring the content for clarity, designing the document to be professional and easy to scan, and ensuring the funnel moved brokers smoothly from interest to next steps without unnecessary friction.
A key part of this partnership is helping them plan and launch new offers in a way that aligns with how CRE brokers evaluate value and make buying decisions. This means simplifying complex information, tightening page hierarchy, and removing anything that slows down the path to action.
