Project: VSL Landing Page — WhatsApp Business Communication Platform
Role: Web/Landing Page Design (in-house design team)
Type: Real client work — company name withheld for confidentiality

The Brief

Design a VSL-style (video sales letter) landing page for a WhatsApp business communication platform, aimed at companies whose sales and support teams were managing customer conversations manually — through personal numbers, scattered across different devices, with no shared history or oversight. The page needed to sell a demo/conversation with a specialist as the primary conversion action, for a B2B audience already somewhat familiar with the pain point.

The Problem

The target audience wasn't unaware they had a WhatsApp problem — they were already losing sales to it. The challenge wasn't education, it was urgency and specificity: generic "improve your customer service" messaging wouldn't move a decision-maker who already knows their WhatsApp is messy. The page needed to name the exact ways revenue was leaking — lost leads, no visibility into which campaigns actually convert, no accountability across a distributed team — before it could credibly offer a fix.

The Approach

Structure built around escalating proof, not just feature listing. The page opens with the outcome (faster response, more control, no more lost leads), immediately follows with a dark, high-contrast "pain" section naming five specific ways WhatsApp was costing the business money, then moves into the product's five core capabilities — each paired with a real interface mockup rather than an abstract icon, so the feature claims felt demonstrable rather than promised.
Social proof placed where skepticism peaks. Rather than testimonials up top, real client results (response-time reduction, volume handled, growth in commercial opportunities) sit right after the feature section — the point in the scroll where a B2B buyer typically starts asking "does this actually work for a company like mine."
Credibility stats and official partnership badge close the trust gap before the final CTA, addressing a WhatsApp-specific objection this category faces often: whether the business is using an authorized, secure channel or an unofficial workaround.
FAQ as a final objection-handling layer, answering the practical questions (technical complexity, implementation time, why the Official API vs. WhatsApp Business/Web) that block a lead from booking the demo even after they're convinced of the value.

Process

Mapped the buyer's likely objections at each stage of the scroll before writing any copy, so each section answers a specific doubt rather than restating value generically
Used real product screenshots and interface mockups throughout instead of stock illustrations, to keep the page feeling like a real, working product
Alternated high-contrast dark sections (pain, urgency) with lighter sections (solution, trust) to create rhythm and avoid a flat, same-weight scroll
Structured social proof around one specific metric per client rather than open-ended quotes, prioritizing credibility over sentiment

Result

A full VSL landing page in production use, structured to move a B2B visitor from "I know I have this problem" to booking a specialist conversation — anchored in specific pain points, real product UI, and metric-driven social proof rather than generic SaaS messaging.

Need a landing page that actually converts?

I design pages that move visitors from "I have this problem" to "let's talk", grounded in real objections, not generic template.
