As a part of the app revamp of Unity Small Finance Bank - a lot of flows were being redefined and relooked to create a seamless experience. Creation of a joint account was one of them. To design a joint account creation flow for a mobile app which is completely online and requires zero intervention from customer support, easy to do and hassle free and transparent and super quick

Account creation process is usually a tedious task, tons of documents have to be submitted to open an account - we somehow were able to bring this process online, however we need to take this one step further and ensure that a joint account could be opened
