UI Design for CRM SaaS Product

This project involved designing a user-friendly, scalable user management system for a SaaS platform. The objective was to create an interface that allows administrative users to efficiently manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within a corporate environment.

The main challenges included integrating a seamless search and filter system, designing an intuitive UI that accommodates a growing number of user accounts, and ensuring the interface is accessible and compliant with modern usability standards.

The final design featured a minimalist layout with an emphasis on usability. Key elements included:

A left-side navigation bar for easy access to various system modules.

A user list with clearly displayed contact information and sortable columns.

An intuitive search bar at the top to quickly find specific users.

Action buttons for inviting new users and modifying existing accounts directly from the dashboard.

The user management interface was well-received for its clarity, ease of navigation, and overall user-centric design. It significantly improved administrative efficiency and user satisfaction. The design is now a key component of LeadFlow’s SaaS offering, exemplifying best practices in enterprise software UI design.
