I was contracted by global high street bank Santander to work in something of a dual role; both to bring my experience to the design of new features for the upgrading of their mobile banking app, and also to improve DesignOps amongst the design teams.

The brand new mobile banking app went live to an unprecedentedly positive reception, with customer satisfaction levels through the roof after only ten days - completely bucking usual trends.

My contribution toward Accessibility work on attaining AA WCAG standards within the app also helped the team secure a prestigious awards win.
