Product Lab • Framer Extension Build. One Brand, Two Offers

Project Overview

After launching his Notion consulting practice, Florent was ready to go further. Product Lab had a second offer: Product Management coaching and missions for startups and PMEs but nowhere to live online. The challenge wasn't starting from scratch this time. It was harder than that: expanding an existing brand into new territory without diluting it, and making two distinct offers feel like one coherent business.

The Challenge

1. Two offers, one brand without blurring the lines Notion consulting and Product Management attract different audiences with different pain points. The design had to create a clear separation between the two — distinct pages, distinct messaging, distinct visual energy — while staying unmistakably Product Lab. Too similar and visitors get confused. Too different and the brand falls apart.
2. Redesigning a home that already worked The existing home page had already generated leads. Touching it meant taking a risk. The redesign had to introduce a clear dual-offer architecture, guiding each type of visitor toward the right page, without disrupting what was already converting.

The Solution & Deliverables

Product Management Landing Page — A new page built to speak directly to startup founders and PMEs who need to structure their product discovery, secure delivery, and level up their teams. Messaging, structure, and visual hierarchy designed to make a complex B2B offer immediately legible — from problem to solution to CTA in a single scroll.
Home Redesign — A restructured home page introducing the two-offer architecture: Notion Consulting and Product Management, each with its own entry point, its own framing, its own audience — but unified under the same brand logic and visual system.
Both pages integrated seamlessly into the existing Framer project — same components, same design tokens, same brand feel — with no disruption to the live site.

Results & Impact

🚀 Product Lab now has two fully operational, distinct offers, both live, both converting.
New Product Management landing page live in 2 weeks, integrated into an existing Framer ecosystem without friction
Home redesigned to route two different audiences to the right offer without confusion
Brand coherence maintained across both offers
