As a Technical Product Manager at HODNOS, the world's first 100% secure and guaranteed artist booking platform, I led a team of four talented individuals to tackle several challenges that hindered our platform's growth and success. Our mission is to enable artists (actors, comedians, singers, dancers, DJs, comedians, models, musicians, performers, reality TV stars, influencers, and athletes) to be booked worldwide with ease and independence, without the need for a booker or agent. Two critical areas that required attention were our checkout process and the lack of actionable insights from our analytics system. In this case study, I will share my experience in addressing these challenges by integrating Stripe payment processing and analytics into our platform.
