Itaú Unibanco is one of the largest banks in Latin America, known for its innovation, stability, and strong presence in the digital market.
During my time collaborating with the team, I developed a series of projects that helped strengthen brand communication and engage both employees and customers more effectively and creatively.

Animations for DOOH Internal Communication Channels

I contributed to the creation of animated content for Itaú and Iti’s internal DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) communication channels. I produced animations for the digital totems located at the bank’s headquarters, focusing on internal culture — the “Itubers” — and their core values. I also developed content for ultra-wide TV panels installed on the building's walkway, similar to ribbon displays or LED strips found in subway stations and escalators. These animations brought internal campaigns to life in a dynamic way, reinforcing the bank’s identity and values.

Influencer Videos for Social Media

I worked on various projects featuring Itaú influencers, producing everything from promotional campaigns to social media videos, as well as content for events and keynote presentations. Over this period, I created and adapted more than 140 pieces of content for Itaú's social media channels. My responsibilities included video editing, support animations, and content adaptation for multiple formats and platforms. This effort was key in enhancing the brand's relationship with diverse audiences and making communication more engaging and accessible.

Criptobits – Financial Education Focused on Cryptocurrencies

I was responsible for the design and animation of Criptobits, an educational initiative by Itaú aimed at explaining digital currencies like Bitcoin to a general audience, at a time (2021) when the topic was still unfamiliar to many. With a futuristic and tech-inspired visual style, the project translated complex concepts into a visual language that was both clear and engaging, helping customers better understand the world of cryptocurrencies and the shift toward digital finance.

Itaú Explica – Tutorial Video Series

Itaú Explica is a series of long-format tutorial videos created to clearly and accessibly explain both internal and external banking topics. The content was developed to help employees and customers better understand the bank’s processes, products, and policies.
I was responsible for video editing, audio correction and mixing, color grading, visual effects (VFX), and motion design animations. The focus was on ensuring accessibility and clear communication, regardless of the audience’s level of familiarity with the topics, while always respecting the narration’s pacing and the brand’s identity.

Lara Laranja – Digital Avatar for UI Conecta

UI Conecta is an internal Itaú platform designed to foster knowledge-sharing and collaboration among UX/UI professionals. For this initiative, I created Lara Laranja, a digital avatar developed to represent the platform. I participated from the early concept development phase with the marketing team through to 3D modeling, texturing, and final rendering. The creation of this mascot helped solidify the platform's visual identity and brought its mission closer to the team. All work was done remotely, in collaboration with copywriters, designers, social media specialists, performance marketing teams, and project managers.
