The Problem
A healthcare company updates its plans and benefits each year to comply with regulations and improve customer service.
The company needs to educate its representatives on the updates prior to marketing the information to the public.
The data for the updates is kept in several legacy systems owned by the healthcare provider.
The process is currently done manually and takes 6+ months to compile into a presentable format. Even then, the process is prone to errors as it is done manually.
The Solution
Build an application to pull in all of the data from the legacy systems automatically and present the updates by market area to the healthcare representatives.
The application required an administrative portal to manage user access and update the data at specific intervals.
The Result
The healthcare provider can now educate thousands of their representatives efficiently with 30 to 60 days' notice on the updates to all healthcare plan updates for the upcoming year.
