With the conclusion of the PPKM, traveling has emerged as a cherished pursuit within society. Nevertheless, numerous individuals grapple with the challenge of structuring and arranging their travel plans. This encompasses dedicating substantial time towards sourcing activity recommendations and diverse destination options through various applications, alongside managing transportation and accommodation reservations.

After an in-depth exploration of the project's context, our focus shifted towards understanding the habits of frequent travelers, both domestically and internationally, aiming to categorize the challenges they face. Through interviews conducted with 5 active users of travel applications, we discovered a tendency among users to procure tickets and reserve hotel accommodations via these apps, leveraging discounts and insights from fellow users. This method notably saves them considerable time. Nonetheless, the proliferation of applications and incomplete information occasionally presents challenges for users in effectively documenting their travel experiences.

Travelers experience difficulty when trying to determine their necessities and essential items to bring along during their trips, ultimately leading to an increase in their pre-set budgets. This arises due to insufficient expense tracking and limited access to relevant information for users.
