This piece here was created to show off my skills as a copywriter. This would show that I can write for a newsletter.

Context:

Made for personal trainer
Made to be the first email sent after subscribing
Made to follow a influencer's tone
Made for most aware customers

My though process

So what was running through my mind? Nothing. Really I was a bit stuck at first with what to start with. I did know I wanted to hook the reader and make them want to take action by jabbing at their emotions and insecurities. But the question that was in my mind was, "what kind of audience I'm I wring for? There are all kinds of people looking to get healthy and fit."
So to make it easy on my self I decided to make a newsletter that would sound like people I follow on social media. After deciding that I went ahead used their tone and what they would 'most likely' say.
So first I wanted to make the reader feel bad so they can be comforted by what the selling point would be. That meant that the selling point must hit the spot, otherwise I'll have just offended them and put them down, which is really bad.
So next I moved to the section which would be about social proof. Pictures to back up everything said here would be the best but for this sample I decided against it as I couldn't find images that where what I envisioned.
I then finished off with a call to action so that the reader would them go to there site for social media.
