Downtobid, a visionary startup from LA, set out to solve a fundamental challenge in construction bidding: the complexity of deciphering detailed blueprints. Partnering with them, I helped revolutionize how general contractors approach project estimation.

I worked closely with Downtobid to develop a comprehensive solution—a cutting-edge bidding tool powered by AI. This tool automates the identification of scopes of work within blueprints, drastically reducing the time general contractors spend on initial project assessment. By providing annotated blueprints and curated subcontractor recommendations, Downtobid’s AI empowers GCs to make informed decisions swiftly and accurately.

I designed the intuitive UX/UI for Downtobid’s MVP, which played a crucial role in its successful launch. This design ensures seamless user interaction, enhancing the overall efficiency of the bidding process. As a result, Downtobid gained rapid traction in the market and secured its first paying customers.

In addition to developing the UX/UI, I crafted the visual identity for the entire project, encompassing both marketing materials and the B2B web app. I created a cohesive and visually compelling brand presence that reflects Downtobid’s innovative approach and industry expertise.
