"Critical Strike" represent a pinnacle in mobile multiplayer first-person shooter (FPS) games. As the Unity Lead Developer, my role was instrumental in shaping the game from its inception through to the alpha release, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in mobile gaming.

Innovative Multiplayer System: Spearheaded the implementation of a cutting-edge multiplayer system using Photon solutions, enabling seamless and robust online player interactions.

Architectural Excellence: Developed the game's core C# architecture during the pre-production phase, laying a solid foundation for high performance and scalability.

Asset Optimization: Identified and defined the main assets early in development, streamlining production and ensuring a cohesive visual and gameplay experience.

Team Leadership: Managed a diverse team of up to five members with varying levels of experience, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence.

Cross-Department Coordination: Acted as the linchpin between the development team and other departments, including art and QA, ensuring a unified approach to the game's development and release.

Platform-Specific Releases: Successfully launched "Critical Shot Global" for iOS and "Critical Strike CS: Counter Terrorist Online FPS" for Android, catering to a broad mobile gaming audience.
