❓ Asks: It's crucial for the Founder to honor his origins, and the community he works in. The ask was to summarize the mission of the business and tell the narrative of how they got started.

💡 Insights: I worked closely with the client to understand the story he really wanted to tell. This is perhaps one of my favorite parts of working with clients—I enjoy asking questions that surprise people or make them slow down, pulling out things they may have never said out loud but feel deeply about what they do. I made the community a central focus of Benjamin's Fried Pies' story, using direct quotes from things I heard the Founder say in our consultation. This way, the story feels authentic to his values and an extension of his own voice.
