Exacq offers video surveillance solutions, integrated access control and intelligent analytics. But the former leader in this space had fallen behind, leaving room for competitors and startups to eat away at their once-stable market share.
Over the course of this partnership, the project evolved quite a bit. There were accelerants, blockers, consolidations, fantasies, realities, a few brushes with chaos—you name it. The one constant was our undivided commitment to improving the experiences for the end users while inspiring the client to press on more strategically across efforts. The following is a consolidated summary, which captures a few highlights among the core track of work in our journey, from my perspective alone.
