Over the course of this partnership, the project evolved quite a bit. There were accelerants, blockers, consolidations, fantasies, realities, a few brushes with chaos—you name it. The one constant was our undivided commitment to improving the experiences for the end users while inspiring the client to press on more strategically across efforts.
