Complete UX overhaul of Markopolo V1, which was being used by Brand Agencies and SMEs. The aim was to reduce cognitive load on the large forms required to launch a digital marketing campaign and streamline the process as parts of the campaign information overlapped in different places.
Pain points gathered from our interviews enabled us to create a more modular flow, which helped users select and use specific tools they needed to launch their campaign without needing the full process. Cleaner forms with checkpoints helped reduce cognitive load and improved the success rate of launching campaigns. Additionally with the design system in place we reduced technical debt and made handoff easier.
