There’s one hire in a wealthy person’s life that no CV can really test.
The person who’ll be in your home when you’re not.
A housekeeper. A caretaker. A chef. A groundskeeper. People who learn your routines, see your private spaces and quietly hold a piece of your life in their hands.
Get it right, and the house runs like a calm, well-kept secret. Get it wrong, and it’s not a bad hire. It’s a breach of trust you’ll feel in your own front hall.
That’s why most owners put it off, then rush it, then worry about it.
Halcyon Private Estates treats household staffing as part of the care of the whole estate. Not filling a vacancy, but understanding the property, the household and the standard it deserves, and then finding people whose character suits it as much as their experience.
So the website had to say that, quietly.
We led with the promise: “Your estate. Exceptionally cared for.” We gave staffing its own page, built around a simple belief: the right people, a home in good hands. We set it inside the wider picture, estate management, seasonal care and concierge, so owners can see one team behind it all, not a separate agency. And the design stays calm, in forest green and ivory, so nothing about it feels like a recruitment brochure.
The payoff is an owner who reads one page and thinks:
They understand what I’m really trusting someone with.
That’s the benefit. Not a longer list of roles. A shorter list of worries.
If your clients are letting people into their private lives, your website should show you’ve thought about that responsibility before they ask. #BuildingInPublic #WebDesign #UXDesign #CreativeDirection #BrandDesign
