Managed the Google Workspace infrastructure for an all-volunteer non-profit organization with 87 user accounts. Adapted enterprise-level I.T. principles and security practices to meet the role rotation and communication needs of an organization with volunteers ranging in age from 20-something to 80-something.

Developed internal process documentation for successive Google Workspace Administrators to keep the domain organized and functional through volunteer rotations.

Developed volunteer-facing documentation on accessing their Google Workspace account resources, including GMail, Google Meet, and Google Drive, to collaborate internally and conduct business on behalf of the non-profit organization.

Led hand-on mentoring workshops for these volunteers to assist them in using Google Workspace resources effectively.
