Developed volunteer-facing documentation on accessing their Google Workspace account resources, including GMail, Google Meet, and Google Drive, to collaborate internally and conduct business on behalf of the non-profit organization.
Led hand-on mentoring workshops for these volunteers to assist them in using Google Workspace resources effectively.
