Served as Editor, Secretary, and a Contributing Author in a small Ad Hoc committee responsible for developing planning guidelines for a non-profit's annual convention, attended by approximately 1,500 people each year.

Having served on the all-volunteer convention planning committee for 4 years, I was able to leverage my own lessons-learned into the guidelines document. I incorporated the experiences of my fellows to create a comprehensive guidebook for new volunteers rotating into the 32-person convention planning committee.

The resulting 70 page professional-grade Google Docs document (and PDF) leveraged proper document headings and sub-headings, cross-references, and a linked table of contents for ease in navigation.
