Problem & Solution

Problem: Although the brand had strong market positioning, name recognition, and high consumer trust, its affiliate program had never been actively developed. With no defined offer, promotional assets, or recruitment strategy in place, the program had untapped potential and minimal partner engagement starting from a baseline of zero affiliate-focused growth.
Solution: Launched the program from the ground up, beginning with competitive offer development tailored to affiliate audiences. Created a full suite of partner assets and onboarding materials, then executed a strategic recruitment campaign targeting high-intent publishers across relevant verticals (large content and YouTube).
Goals/Requirements:
Launch affiliate program from the ground up.
Maintain a CPA of $75 or lower.
Secure premium placements on high-traffic listicles and review roundups.

Process

Competitive Review: Audited competitor programs and affiliate expectations within the legal services vertical.
Define Payout Structure and Affiliate Promo: Defined a partner incentive structure that balanced payout competitiveness with profitability. Create competitive offering to present to larger content partners.
Asset Creation: Collaborated with internal creative teams to create all-new onboarding materials, creatives, and landing pages.
Recruitment: Leveraged affiliate networks, targeted outreach, and manual prospecting to build a recruitment pipeline from zero. Built relationships with new partners and maintained consistent communication to drive engagement and optimization.

Results

Scaled efforts through consistent outreach, testing, and relationship building resulting in monthly sales increasing from 80 in February 2023 to 420 by November 2024.
Maintained an average CAC of $45 (50% under target.)
Gained top placements on Forbes and MarketWatch.
