SaaS Program Re-Launch

Overview

SaaS brand's affiliate program required a full re-launch on a modern platform, followed by a strategic recruitment campaign, primarily targeting review and content partners.

Problem & Solution

Problem: The program had been left largely unmanaged, with minimal oversight, no strategic direction, and limited partner engagement. It was hosted on a lesser-known tracking platform that lacked robust reporting, streamlined payouts, and partner discovery tools. As a result, key affiliates had not joined, and only a few partners were actively driving meaningful results.
Solution: Led a full migration to Impact, including partner communication and onboarding to the new platform. Developed and executed a recruitment strategy focused on high-quality content partners, such as blogs, review sites, and listicle publishers to drive sustainable, incremental growth.
Goals/Requirements: • Migrate program to Impact • Onboard 50 new partners upon initial relaunch • 30 new inclusion live links

Process

Assist existing partners with migration.
Outreach strategies include competitive research, search engine results page (SERP) audit, and discovery tool research.
Created recruitment copy and automated email outreach.
Per the brand's approval, I was able to make media purchases, coordinated utm tracking for one off link insertions.

Results

This project successfully revitalized a stagnant affiliate program by migrating it to a more advanced platform and implementing a focused recruitment strategy.
Refined a vetted list of over 780 media partners and onboarded 247 active publishers within the first 8 months.
As a direct result, affiliate-driven subscription trials increased by 40% YoY, and paid subscriptions grew by 65% YoY, demonstrating both immediate impact and long-term growth potential from the channel.
