Dosewize is a medical-focused mental health tracking app designed to support users undergoing SSRI treatment by connecting them directly with medical professionals. Unlike typical mental health trackers, Dosewize emphasizes medical collaboration and structured recovery tracking to ensure users can heal and recover fully — both mentally and physically.
Design Focus
My goal as the designer was to create a calm, trustworthy, and accessible experience through thoughtful UX and clean UI. The challenge was balancing clinical accuracy with emotional comfort — making the app not just aesthetically pleasing, but genuinely useful and empathetic for users in their healing journey.
Challenge
One key challenge was aligning medical requirements with user-friendly interactions. The client wanted to emphasize medical supervision, so the design needed to accommodate collaboration with healthcare professionals while maintaining a smooth experience for patients.
This meant constant iteration with the client to ensure SSRI-related data, user progress, and goals were presented clearly — resulting in an interface that feels informative, supportive, and visually calm.
