Shor — Payroll Startup Landing Page Redesign

Shor is a next-generation Employer-of-Record platform built with AI agents and stablecoins, helping global teams hire and pay employees faster, simpler, and at a fraction of the cost. Their first website was built internally, and they came to us to refine, elevate, and establish a stronger, more credible digital presence that clearly communicates their capabilities and differentiates them from other HR & payroll tools.

As the Web Designer and Framer Developer at Dream Design (founded by the ex-Typedream team), I collaborated closely with both the Dream Design team and the client. I handled layout and UI direction, built the styleguide, and developed the final site in Framer—ensuring pixel-perfect execution and smooth responsiveness across devices.

Although minimal in appearance, the project required precise decision-making—especially around the Hero and Features sections. We needed visuals that were simple yet informative, and assets that communicated value instantly. This required tight iteration loops with the team and client.

On the development side, creating a clean and responsive experience in Framer meant ensuring all assets rendered beautifully on every screen size.

This project was designed and developed by me while working at Dream Design, for our client, Shor.
