POSH Digital Learning Demo — Scenario-Based Learning

A short scenario-based digital learning experience designed to make workplace behaviour easier to recognise, discuss, and act on.

The demo follows a seemingly ordinary workplace interaction where a friendly invitation becomes uncomfortable when a colleague continues after a polite refusal. Instead of simply presenting a policy or definition, the learner is invited to pause, reflect, and consider the situation from the other person's perspective.
