Designing a new product Electrishe - an e-commerce app for Singaporean women purchasing consumer electronics

The Problem

1. E-commerce sites selling consumer electronics do not seem to cater to how women shop for tech products and how products fit into their everyday lives.

2. Some of shopper’s frustrations are not addressed by e-commerce platforms they patronise, namely user experience and post-purchase customer service.

Final Result

An e-commerce mobile application catering to Singaporean women purchasing consumer electronics, with a focus on selling a narrative around products, specifically how it adds value to their daily lives.
