Brand Identity & IP Character for Three Stars Cafe Three Stars is a retro-modern cafe built around the simple idea of celebrating life's little joys. Inspired by the star EBLM J0555-57Ab, a Red Dwarf type star that is one of the smallest stars in the universe, the cafe teaches that even small things can have big meanings.

Concept & Design Process

The brand identity of Three Stars is designed to represent the values of wonder, energy, and youthful excitement. The chosen visual direction combines retro aesthetics with a modern touch, using a bold red and blue color palette to create a vibrant and dynamic brand atmosphere. Playful typography, asymmetrical compositions, and star motifs further enhance the overall theme and essence of Three Stars Cafe.

One of the key elements of this brand is Elby, an IP character created to embody the values of Three Stars. Elby is a pure-hearted character who finds joy in everything, even the smallest things. The design process involved in-depth research on IP character branding, ensuring that Elby is not just a mascot but also an emotional bridge between the brand and its target audience.
