Fourth Key advises independent and boutique hotels across APAC, positioning itself as a senior, no-fluff alternative to traditional hospitality consultants. A brand like that needed a website that could carry the same restraint and confidence as the advice it sells, no flashy SaaS tropes, no filler, just clarity.

The brand, copy, and layout were fully locked before we started, so the job wasn't design, it was faithful execution: rebuilding six reference designs pixel-for-pixel in Framer while preserving every typographic and spacing decision that gives the site its editorial feel. Large serif headlines with italic accents carry most of the visual weight, paired with generous section padding (140px desktop) that lets the content breathe rather than compete for attention.

The palette works in two registers: cream and charcoal for primary sections, and a Forest Ink dark mode used deliberately as rhythm breaks rather than full dark mode, giving the site pacing as visitors scroll rather than a flat, single-tone experience throughout.

Beyond the build, we integrated Tally for lead capture on the Free Audit page and Cal.com booking modals across three service pages, keeping visitors on-site through the entire inquiry flow instead of bouncing them to third-party pages.

A 6-page Framer site, Homepage, Free Audit, Advisory, The Audit, Build, and All Services, reconstructed from client-supplied HTML references, with Tally and Cal.com integrations wired throughout.

A website that reflects the advisory practice itself: senior, restrained, and precise, with each section, integration, and pixel aligning perfectly with the brief. Most importantly, the client is pleased with the results.
