To successfully write some articles, I needed to use my scientific know-how to communicate complex ideas to the readers, without making misleading claims. For example, one article was written to answer the hypothetical question, "What’s the healthiest bread?". There are a lot of loaves on the market, so I immediately decided to narrow down the potential candidates to breads that are available in UK supermarkets.
