Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the operational and fiscal success of the Gonomis portfolio.
Create, update, and communicate the pipeline of Gonomis sales opportunities and update executive leadership on all opportunities in the pipeline.
Developed customer training & education materials to establish a more seamless onboarding process.
Owned the post-sale engagement, retention, growth of customers and implementation of Synctera’s suite of FinTech BaaS products.
