Oversee the Cell Funds wallet product line, including the wallet experience, mobile app, and payment methods (e.g., debit card).
Own the post-sale engagement, retention, growth of customers and implementation of Cell Fund’s suite of products.
Drive product management and development of Cell Funds wallet products.
Lead the product pipeline, prioritizing new products and features appropriately.
Develop and maintain product requirement documents using customer analytics and business inputs.
Strategically prioritize product recommendations and improvements based on customer needs, behavior, and expectations using data and analytics.
