Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
Age Range: Adult
Genre: Cozy Fantasy, Romance, Folklore First Read or Reread: First Read
Audiobook: Yes! TW: Kidnapping, Fantasy Violence, Death, Disturbing Imagery I have heard about this book series for so long, and I’m so glad that I got a chance to start it. Professor Emily Wilde is on a mission to study the fae in the far north, but the longer she spends time there, the darker the fae magic she finds there. As someone who loved fairies and studying European folklore, I immensely enjoyed this book that read like a journal. I loved Emily as the narrator, as well as the other characters that she meets in the story! I cannot wait to read the next book in the series. If you love anything to do with fairies, folklore, and fascinating characters, then I highly recommend reading this book! I also recommend the audiobook narrated by Ell Potter (@potterell) and Michael Dodds (@michaeldodds_official) Until the next book 📚 #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #bookreviews #bookrecommendations #emilywildesencyclopaediaoffaeries #emilywilde #heatherfawcett #bookphoto #bookart #faeries #fantasybooks #bookcommunity #barnesandnobleexclusive #booklovers”.
