While working at OrangeYouGlad, I had the pleasure of helping the brand MyFitnessPal with everything from a visual identity to user interface. Below is the initial illustration style I created that helped lead to a final illustration style that our team crafted for the MyFitnessPal app and marketing.

The final set of spot illustrations below came from the collaborative work of several illustrators on my team. The client was drawn to elements of several different art direction options so we worked to blend them into a cohesive, unique style of illustration for MyFitnessPal.

In addition to the final spot illustrations, our team worked to highlight inclusivity in our illustrations. We focused on creating simple, but realistic, depictions of individuals with a wide range of skin tones. I was responsible for creating character design guidelines that MyFitnessPal’s internal team could use as needed to create new characters.
