Party Parade

This was a labor of love created for my demo reel. I wanted to combine my love of illustrating wacky characters with my newfound obsession with animation. This animation underwent several iterations, originally being solely done using Photoshop to now being fully rendered using After Effects and shape layers. In addition to painstakingly animating shape layers, for many of the legs you see, I used an amazing plug-in from Battle Axe called Rubberhose. You can see the rough animation below and some other elements from this animation.
