Who is SWSI?

Southwest Scoliosis Institute is a regional leader in treating complex neck and spine conditions. Their team has performed more than 5,500 surgeries, many of which were considered high-risk to other surgeons.

The brand was relatively well-known in the Dallas-Fort Worth area but needed to reach more people with severe cases of scoliosis and other spine conditions.  Our team was tasked with increasing surgical volume, organic traffic, and the brand footprint across the Southwest. 

Keyword Research - Identified most profitable services and estimated number of links needed to improve rankings. Went through all blog posts to identify which posts to optimize, added local SEO service pages, created content silos and clusters to increase topical authority.

On-Page SEO - We improved the user experience of the main menu, added collection pages, SCHEMA to pages, META tags and internal linking structure

Content Strategy - We planned out a 4 page per month plan that prioritized treatment pages and local service pages to cover the entire Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.

Off-Page / Backlinks - built high-quality links to specific pages and posts to elevate the rank of the main keyword and number of keywords the site ranked for.

The term of the project went from August 2020 to March 2022 totaling 20 months of SEO work.
