Alex Alleyne | Branded social media.
This was a proposal to Alex Alleyne, we never got to go through with it but my intention with this project was to showcase my skills and let him know how we could build his brand on Instagram.
Photoshop was primarily used for this project. I am familiar with Canva too and I can use any of them to create stunning visuals for social media.
Visuals that grab attention, are consistent, and over time, builds trust for the said brand.
Where are these applicable and most effective?
-LinkedIn posts and carousels
-Instagram carousels, Reels, posts, stories and events
-Facebook stories and posts
-YouTube thumbnails
How long does it take to create a post or thumbnail
It takes me less than an hour if I am using Photoshop and not more than 30 minutes in Canva.
My creative process goes like this;
Determining the purpose(educate, entertain or engage).
Looking for ideas in Behance and Pinterest.
Using the brand colors, fonts and voice to create the first draft.
Sending it over to know your thoughts
Making the necessary changes
Sending over the final draft or posting/scheduling it myself
Personal brands and corporate ones can benefit massively from this.
